I don’t know how it works, only that it does. It evens out the tone of my skin, making me look prettier, more youthful, all without being pasty or chalky or accentuating my wrinkles and/or pores. It took several tries before finding the right shade for me and I worry that the next time I order the same shade that the exact color mix and swirls will be enough different that it’s no longer perfect for me. But, till then, I’m a happy camper.
